Can I wear ELLA jewelries with sensitive skin?

Our products consists of 925 silver and white gold metals. With the promise of quality, all our jewelries are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. However due to the different levels of skin sensitivity, we are unable to give a 100% assurance that skin reactions will not happen at all.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship worldwide at a SGD$16 overseas shipping fee.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Within Singapore: Free Shipping 5-7 Working Days, $8 Next day delivery

Worldwide: 10-14 Working Days (Expected slight delays due to Covid-19)

Can I shower with my ELLA jewelries on?

Yes you may. However, do take note that frequent contact with water and chemicals (soaps and lotions) will cause your jewelries to tarnish quicker than you would like it to. Remove the jewelries from time to time to polish and clean. You may find more tips on how to care for your jewelries here.
